OUR HISTORY
Our trulli, dating back to the 1800s, are authentic relics of a bygone era, originally used as shelters for animals, cellars, and places for food storage.
Our establishment was born in 2012, the result of the idea and passion of Angelo Pastore. With dedication and sacrifice, Angelo restored these trulli with great respect for their authenticity. His dream was to revive the emotion of sleeping in history, offering our guests a unique experience that allows them to discover the customs and culture of the time.
THE STAFF
Always family-run, in 2024 Trulli Pastore passed into the hands of sisters Barbara and Arianna Pastore. With enthusiasm and dedication, they are ready to write a new chapter in the history of this establishment, continuing the tradition of hospitality and authenticity that distinguishes it.
